Growing Biological Macadamia in Australia, lessons for Vietnam Macadamia Industry [Trồng mắc ca sinh sinh học tại Úc, bài học cho ngành mắc ca Việt Nam]
The aim of the symposium is to share the knowledge of biological farming in Australia with the farmers, cooperatives, private firms, and governmental sectors in Vietnam, and build the economic partnership between farmers and traders in two countries. [Mục tiêu của hội thảo nhằm chia sẻ kiến thức canh tác cây mắc ca sinh học tại Úc đến nông dân, hợp tác xã, doanh nghiệp, và các cơ quan quản lý ngành công-nông nghiệp Việt Nam; nhằm tăng cường đối tác kinh tế giữa nông dân và nhà thương gia giữa hai quốc gia.]
The symposium is funded by the Australia – Vietnam Enhanced Economic Engagement Grant (AVEG) Program in the project “promotion of organic food certification and trade between Australia & Vietnam for a period of 12 months, from July 2021. The workshop will be hosted online using Zoom, Livestream on You tube: Mekong Organics, posted on the website of Mekong Organics. The participants will register both online and via emails in groups. Registration will be opened on Monday 17th March 2022 and close on 13 March 2022.
The Mekong Organics team members will support registration, English-Vietnamese translation, zoom management and communication.
